Shannon Gronemeyer

Chief Experience Officer

Shannon is a seasoned Customer Experience and Operational leader with a background in sales, customer experience, operations, and enterprise-wide transformation efforts such as strategic planning, technology deployment, and continuous process improvement.

After receiving his MBA from the University of Northern Iowa, Shannon began his career in the Telecommunications, where he worked for service companies like Bell South Mobility, US West, Qwest, and hardware firms like ADC Telecommunications, and TE Connectivity.

Most recently, he founded and lead Customer Centered Strategies (CCS), a management consulting firm focused on driving operational process improvements guided by insight collection from customer feedback.  He then served as the VP of Operations and Technology for Service 800 (S800) after its acquisition of CCS.
