Brandon Shelton is Founder & Managing Partner at TFX Capital. An entrepreneur himself, he led the grassroots effort that became TFX Capital in 2015.

Prior to launching TFX Capital, Brandon developed his financial, strategic and operational skills through experiences in the military, pre and post 9/11, to the Wall Street crisis of 2008. Following his time on Wall Street, Brandon became a partner at a boutique strategy consulting, and was later hired to drive growth, expansion and technology changes as the Head of Strategy at a multi-billion dollar company in North America.

Brandon serves on the Advisory Council for Veterans Business Affairs where he provides independent advice and policy recommendations to the Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Brandon served eight years in the U.S. Army as an airborne infantry and military intelligence officer, leading teams on both strategic and tactical levels for various missions around the world. He earned a B.S. with honors from the University of Richmond and holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
